Shipping policy

We post our parcels using Royal Mail or Evri. Royal Mail will aim to deliver within 2-3 workings days including Saturdays to customers in the UK, however this cannot be guaranteed. We aim to dispatch your parcel within 48 hours. Once the parcel has been accepted by Royal Mail or Evri, the delivery time is out of our beaks (out of our control). Many order will have a tracking number if shipped with Evri (at our discretion).

International shipments to the USA, Australia and UAE are also shipped with the Royal Mail or Evri and usually arrive between 7-14 working days.

International shipments to the EU are shipped via Royal Mail and usually arrive within 2-11 working days.
